Prepared Childbirth classes are offered monthly. Classes should be attended after 26 weeks gestation.

There will be a 45-minute break for lunch on your own. The cafeteria and The Station coffee shop are available on site for food purchases.

Each session includes a tour of the Birthplace as well as information regarding:

• Signs of labor
• What to expect in labor
• Comfort measures
• Options for pain relief
• Early postpartum cares
• Tour of the Birthplace
• And much more!
