Prepared Childbirth classes are offered monthly.

Each session includes a tour of the Birthplace as well as information regarding:

• Signs of labor
• What to expect in labor
• Comfort measures
• Options for pain relief
• Early postpartum cares
• Tour of the Birthplace
• And much more!

Class should be attended during the last eight weeks of pregnancy.
