The North Dakota High School Activities Association requires that athletes have a pre-participation physical on a yearly basis. Taking part in a fall school sport means that the examination must be completed after April 15 to be valid for the upcoming school year.

At Trinity Health, our pediatricians will perform a full wellness exam and complete sports physical forms in the same visit.  While completing the sports physical forms, we will also address other aspects of your child’s health including:

• Immunizations/Medications
• Growth and Physical Development Benchmarks
• Age-Appropriate Personal Health Topics (ex. Acne)
• Social or Emotional Health Topics

Appointments are available by calling 857-5413 during normal business hours. Athletes may request their own pediatrician or be assigned to another doctor if they don’t already have one.

Wellness physicals are covered under most insurances with no copay.
