Please follow the steps below when you arrive for your labs.

Enter the Medical Office Building when you arrive for your labs.

Go to Central Registration on the 1st floor.

Complete your registration.

After registration, follow directions to the Lab.

Check in with the front desk staff when you arrive at the Lab.

Confirm that you have access to the Trinity Health My Patient Portal, which is required for all lab results.

Choose your labs.

Sign the consent form.

Pay for your labs. Most tests resulted within 48 hours.

Tests available on your schedule
All tests are performed in Trinity Health’s College of American Pathologists (CAP) accredited laboratory. Our licensed professionals use advanced technology to deliver high-volume testing with speed and precision. MyLabs is a self-pay service and does not bill through insurance. Total charges are due upon receipt of services with any major credit/debit card or your health savings card (HSA/FSA).
Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can provide consent for testing. However, in in North Dakota, minors over the age of 14 may consent to diagnostic testing for sexually transmitted diseases/infections, drug abuse and pregnancy. For more detailed information, please consult with our laboratory staff.

- Payment will be required at the time of service; insurance will not be billed. We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA card. We cannot accept cash or check for these services.
- The laboratory and its staff do not provide medical advice, test interpretation, diagnosis or treatment.
- The testing results will be part of the Trinity Health legal medical record and are subject to routine record release.
- Some results may be reported to public health authorities as required by law.
