Amber Baxter, MSN, APRN, NNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and a key member of our Neonatal Intensive Care team. Amber works in collaboration with the NICU team to provide comprehensive care to critically ill and premature newborns. Amber earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington-Bothell in Washington state. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, specializing in the role of neonatal nurse practitioner. Amber completed her advanced practice neonatal practicum in the NICU at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital at Oregon Health & Science University. Amber enjoys spending time with her family and dog. She loves to grow flowers and is also an avid University of Washington Husky and Seattle Seahawks fan. Amber is excited to serve the neonatal population in Minot by applying her clinical knowledge and her passion for promoting optimal neonatal health outcomes.
