Language translation for non-English speaking patients is available via Language Line, a 24-hour, toll-free telephone service that translates communication for any language. Trinity Health also utilizes volunteer translators based on availability.
Hearing/Vision Impaired Services
Trinity Health offers sign language interpretation as well as a range of products and services that give deaf and hard of hearing patients access to the telephone network through relay services, technologies, and equipment. Assistance to the visually impaired is provided through the most effective manner available, such as audiotape or reading aloud.
