Trinity Health Velva Clinic offers convenient access to primary care services and physical therapy. Our dedicated nurse practitioner provides wellness visits, sick child visits, immunizations, stitches, port-a-cath lab draw, and PICC line dressing changes. X-ray, lab work, and EKG readings are also available on-site.

- Wellness check-ups for ages 16 and older
- Sick child visits for ages 6 months and older
- Medicare annual wellness exams
- Women’s health services
- Sports physicals
- DOT physicals
- Free blood pressure checks
- Immunizations for ages 11 and older (flu, pneumonia, HPV, Tdap, etc.)
- Suturing/Stitches
- Simple skin procedures/lesion removal
- PICC line dressing changes
- Allergy shots/injections
- EKG readings (not testing)
- Lab services (blood draw, urine analysis, port-a-cath draw)
- X-ray
