(MINOT, ND) – Trinity Health is pleased to announce that Bahram Kordlar, MD, a member of our Neurology team, has been naturalized as an American citizen and has subsequently changed his last name to Nico.

Naturalized citizens may choose a new surname following the naturalization process for various reasons, including ease of travel. Originally from Iran, he became a U.S. citizen on June 6, 2017.

A board certified neurologist, Dr. Nico joined Trinity in 2009 and currently serves as director of both the stroke program and Sleep Center in addition to providing general neurological care to patients.
