Trinity Health Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) Training Class
Trinity Health’s CNA Training class is for interested people who want to make a difference in health care, get paid for training, earn their CNA license quickly and be ready to put what they learned to work immediately! Regular participants in the class are paid a training wage through the class and all class materials are included. The only up-front expense is a set of Royal Blue scrubs for the job shadow experiences and future work as a Trinity Health CNA.

Work Where You Want
Choose your ideal work environment:
- Hospital CNA: $17.20/hour
- Nursing Home CNA: $21.07/hour
- Clinic CNA*: $15.00/hour
*Clinic CNA rate for Trinity Health CNA graduates after March 9th, 2025.
Plus Additional Pay For:
- Evening shifts: +$2.00/hour
- Night shifts: +$3.00/hour
- Weekends: +$0.75/hour
About the Training
- Duration: 4 weeks, Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Location: Trinity Health Campus
- What You’ll Need: One set of Royal Blue scrubs
