Trinity Health is excited to welcome Rafael Da Silva, MD, to our pulmonary/critical care team, bringing more than a decade of experience. A native of Brazil, Dr. Da Silva earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Federal University of Santa Catarina School of Medicine, Florianopolis, Brazil, and completed postgraduate training in pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine at Upstate University Hospital, Syracuse, NY, as well as internal medicine at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center, Athens, GA. A member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine, American Medical Association and American College of Physicians, Dr. Da Silva enjoys woodworking and other hands-on projects outside of medicine.
