A licensed independent clinical social worker and a member of Trinity’s Mental Health Therapy team, Lea J. Johnson, LICSW, is dedicated to helping people overcome mental and emotional difficulties in order to reach their full potential. A 2001 graduate of Minot State University with a bachelor’s degree in social work, Lea joined Trinity’s Behavioral Health Services Department, where she initially worked with patients in the Adult Partial Hospitalization program and in 2005 became program coordinator for the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. In 2007 she completed her Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University, Tallahassee. Since then she has provided Mental Health Therapy services to individuals based on their needs, including assessment, treatment planning and coordination of care.

Trinity's Behavioral Health Services is comprised of a multidisciplinary team that offers individualized treatment plans to help people resolve both mental health issues and problems of chemical dependency or substance abuse.
