A member of our internal medicine team, Daniel Echeverria, MD, focuses on providing long-term comprehensive care, managing common and complex illnesses of adolescents, adults and the elderly. A native of Quito, Ecuador, Dr. Echeverria earned his Doctor of Medicine from Universidad Central Del Ecuador, Quito. From there, he completed an internal medicine residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, NY, as well as a residency at Hospital Basico Civil De Limones, Limones, Ecuador, where he was a resident physician in the emergency department and oversaw the pediatrics, internal medicine and obstetrics wards. In his free time, Dr. Echeverria enjoys going to the gym, practicing mixed martial arts and spending time in nature.
