(MINOT, ND)-Trinity Health will soon open a second clinic for oral and facial surgery.  Oral & maxillofacial surgeon Juan J. Ulloa, DDS, will relocate his practice to Plaza 16, 2815 16th St. SW.  The Oral & Maxillofacial Reconstruction Center is scheduled to open September 26. 

In addition to typical consults for oral & maxillofacial patients, I’ll focus on complex reconstruction procedures involving advanced techniques,” Dr. Ulloa said.  

His skills include complex surgery for facial and jaw deformities
