Chandni Anand, MD, an internist with nearly 30 years of primary care experience, has joined Trinity Health’s team of providers at Health Center – Town & Country.

Dr. Anand earned her medical degree from the University College of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. She completed her internship and Internal Medicine residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York. After a long association with Queens Long Island Medical Group, she practiced with DaVita Medical Group in Florida until joining Trinity Health.

Dr. Anand is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
