Trinity Health Hospice will present “Hope & Healing After a Death,” a series of six bereavement support sessions for people who have experienced the death of a friend or loved one.

Sessions will be each Thursday, January 2 through February 6, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the Trinity Health Community Conference Room at Town & Country Center.  Access is via Door 5.

Topics include the phenomenon of grief, the mourning process, and self-care strategies to promote healing.
