Trinity Health First Response Ground is the region’s only Advanced Life Support service, delivering state of the art pre-hospital care to residents in Minot and across a 2,000-square-mile service area. In addition to responding to approximately 11,000 calls each year, First Response Ground works in close coordination with the Minot Fire Department, Minot Police Department, Ward County Sheriff's Department, and other first responder agencies to ensure seamless emergency care.

A new ambulance equipped with advanced technology enables our teams to respond quickly, deliver high quality care in transit and improve patient outcomes when every second counts.

Trident Machine
The Hologic Trident HD Specimen Radiography System is a compact, high-resolution imaging system used to evaluate breast biopsy specimens immediately after tissue removal. Following a biopsy procedure, the specimen is placed into the system to produce instant, high-quality images that allow clinicians to confirm that the targeted area has been accurately sampled. This direct capture technology eliminates the need to transport specimens to a separate radiology department, significantly reducing turnaround time and improving workflow efficiency. By providing rapid confirmation and reducing delays in diagnosis, the Trident system supports timely clinical decision-making and enhances the overall patient experience.
