Each athletic trainer has a minimum bachelor’s degree and is certified by the Board of Certification of Athletic Trainers, in addition to being licensed by the North Dakota Board of Athletic Trainers. Each has also received specialized education that exceeds basic standards in such areas as injury prevention, mass casualty care, concussion management, and emergency response. Our athletic trainers work closely with medical director Dawn Mattern, MD, and other area medical and emergency professionals to remain on the cutting edge of sports medicine protocols.
