Kamalpreet Parmar, MD, MPH, has joined Trinity Health in the specialty of hematopathology, a branch of pathology concerned with the diagnosis of blood, bone marrow, and lymphoid disorders such as leukemia and lymphoma.
A graduate of the University of Toronto, Dr. Parmar completed a Master of Public Health degree at Dartmouth Medical School in New Hampshire and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Queensland, Australia.
He completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Jacksonville, where he served as chief resident his last year. Following residency training, he completed a fellowship in Hematopathology and the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas.
