(MINOT, ND) – Shar Grigsby, physician recruiter at Trinity Health, has been named a fellow of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR).
Grigsby was awarded fellowship status after successfully completing three national certification courses and corresponding exams covering such topics as physician/provider recruitment, onboarding and retention, human resources, and relevant immigration and legal issues.
A Bowbells native and Minot State University graduate, Grigsby began her 30-year career in medical administration at Medical Arts Clinic in 1988.
