Daniel Lee, DO, MMS, an orthopedic surgeon with Trinity Health in Minot, has begun seeing patients in Bottineau. He currently sees patients at St. Andrew’s Health Center once a month, with appointments available at 701-857-5500.
Dr. Lee is board certified and fellowship trained in sports medicine. He specializes in arthroscopic procedures of the shoulder, hip, and knee, including ACL reconstruction. His expertise also includes rotator cuff and labral repairs of the shoulder.
“My passion has always been sports medicine and the athletic health of sports teams,” Dr. Lee said. “But I see patients of all ages and activity levels with the goal of helping them return to the activities they most enjoy.”
Originally from Baltimore, MD, Dr. Lee earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 2007 from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York. He completed residency training in orthopedic surgery at the University of South Florida in Tampa.
He subsequently completed a post-residency fellowship in sports medicine at Aspen Sports Medicine Foundation in Colorado. He practiced at Indiana University Health in Bloomington and later at Lake Huron Medical Center in Michigan before joining Trinity Health in 2018. He’s a diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
