Thanks to a generous $75,000 donation from Ryan Family Dealerships, Trinity Health Foundation unveiled an outdoor chapel and healing garden at the Healthcare Campus and Medical District (HCMD) in Minot, designed to provide healing and comfort for patients, their loved ones and Trinity Health team members.
This private sanctuary offers a quiet place to reflect, heal and recover from the day’s challenges, or to wait for loved ones to receive care. It also provides families with a private space to meet, away from the hospital’s traffic.
“Trinity Health Foundation is grateful to Ryan Family Dealerships for their generosity in helping us create this important space,” said Dusty Zimmerman, Trinity Health Foundation Director. “Healing isn’t only physical; it’s emotional and spiritual, too. This space gives patients, families and our team members a place to pause, breathe and find peace during some of life’s most difficult moments.”
The outdoor chapel and healing garden is connected to the brick patio space, which houses the flagpole display donated by the Minot Area Community Foundation’s Donald & Genevieve Roush Endowment Fund.
Community generosity has shaped this corner of the HCMD, reflecting a shared mission to provide comfort and healing to those in need. Trinity Health Foundation is grateful to community partners like Ryan Family Dealerships for helping bring this mission to life. Their generosity ensures that patients, families and Trinity Health team members will have a place of peace for years to come.
