A member of our ear, nose and throat team, Avi Shaw, DO, earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, before earning a Doctor of Medicine from Midwestern University, Arizona College of Medicine, Glendale. From there, Dr. Shaw completed an otolaryngology (head & neck surgery) residency at St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital, Youngstown, OH. A native of Milwaukee, WI, Dr. Shaw enjoys hunting, fishing, sports and traveling outside of medicine.

Nora Waselenchuk, FNP-C
Nora Waselenchuk, FNP-C, provides comprehensive cardiovascular care, including health assessments, care planning, writing prescriptions and counseling patients on lifestyle changes that can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. A native of Minot, Nora has served as a Registered Nurse with Trinity Health for the past six years in both the intensive care unit and the operating room. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minot State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. In addition to her practice, Nora serves as a nursing instructor at Minot State University for students in the bridge program who are completing their BSN degrees. Outside of medicine, Nora enjoys running, hiking, golfing and spending time with her family.
Chin H. Park, MD
Chin H. Park, MD, a member of Trinity Health’s hand and wrist team, focuses on surgical and nonsurgical treatment of traumatic injuries and a variety of conditions affecting the hand, wrist and upper extremity. A native of Los Angeles, CA, Dr. Park earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from California State University, Los Angeles, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He then earned a Doctor of Medicine from Chicago Medical School — Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. Dr. Park then completed general surgery residencies at Brookdale University Hospital & Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, and Carepoint Health Medical Center in Bayonne, NJ, and a hand surgery fellowship at the Christine M. Kleinert Institute for Hand and Micro Surgery in Louisville, KY. A member of the American Medical Association, Dr. Park enjoys camping, traveling, taking road trips and spending time with family in his free time.
Ajay Dhadwal, MD, RPVI, FSVS
Trinity Health is excited to welcome Ajay Dhadwal, MD, RPVI, FSVS, to our Vascular Surgery team, a practicing vascular surgeon with 17 years of experience. A native of London, England, Dr. Dhadwal earned his Doctor of Medicine from University College London Medical School. He then completed a Vascular Research Fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT; a General Surgery Residency at Boston University School of Medicine and Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY; and a Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. Dr. Dhadwal also served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the division of Vascular Surgery at the University of Illinois, Chicago, and Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Newark, spending five years mentoring future surgeons through academic medicine. A member of the Society for Vascular Surgery, Dr. Dhadwal enjoys playing and watching sports.
Laura Marsh, PA-C, MPAS
Laura Marsh, PA-C, MPAS, is a board-certified physician assistant and member of our orthopedics team, specializing in providing comprehensive care to patients with orthopedic problems such as hip, knee and shoulder issues as well as sports medicine injuries. A native of Colorado, Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, before obtaining a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Interservice Physician Assistant Program, San Antonio. A member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Laura brings over 10 years of physician assistant experience to Trinity Health, including previously serving as a physician assistant with the 5th Medical Group at Minot Air Force Base. Outside of work, Laura enjoys hiking, camping, skiing and traveling.
Abir Oliver, PA-C
Trinity Health is excited to welcome Abir Oliver, PA-C, to our Cardiothoracic Surgery team. A native of Beirut, Lebanon, Abir earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Providence, Great Falls, MT, before earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. Throughout her career, Abir gained clinical rotation experience at Trinity Health in various specialties, including Cardiothoracic Surgery, Family Medicine, Hospital Medicine, General Surgery, Emergency/Trauma Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery. A member of the American Academy of Physician Associates, she also served as a CT Technologist with Trinity Health, performing imaging for trauma, stroke and routine diagnostic cases. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling with her husband and gardening.
Sina Koochakzadeh, MD
A member of our ear, nose and throat team, Sina Koochakzadeh, MD, earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida, Tampa, before earning a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, Orlando. From there, Dr. Koochakzadeh completed an otolaryngology residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine, Gainesville, where he was the recipient of the Head & Neck Resident of the Year award. Serving as a mentor for first-year medical students at the University of Central Florida, Dr. Koochakzadeh provided one-on-one tutoring sessions on topics the students learned in their first year of medical school. A native of Tampa, FL, he is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology. In his free time, he enjoys nature, hiking and cycling.
Kevin Kennedy, DO
Trinity Health is excited to welcome Kevin Kennedy, DO, to our general surgery team. Dr. Kennedy received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine at Farmington before receiving an MBA and a master’s in organizational leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, Hooksett. From there, he obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, Biddeford, ME. A dedicated leader, Dr. Kennedy served on the Ethics Committee, Endoscopy Committee, Transfusion Committee and Pharmacy Committee, while completing a general surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts Berkshire Medical Center Campus, Pittsfield, MA. A native of Portland, ME, Dr. Kennedy enjoys fishing, boating and being outdoors in his free time.
Remington Farley, DO, MA
A member of our Urology team, Remington Farley, DO, MA, is dedicated to caring for patients with issues related to the urinary tract. Dr. Farley earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies from Boise State University, ID, and a Master of Arts in Medical Science from Heritage University, Toppenish, WA, before obtaining a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences, Yakima, WA. While completing a urological surgery residency at Detroit Medical Center, Dr. Farley helped prepare medical students for their future in healthcare by serving as a clinical assistant professor at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. A member of the American Urological Association, American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association and the American Osteopathic Association, Dr. Farley looks forward to expanding the Urology coverage at Trinity Health with his expertise. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, carpentry, painting and touring motorcycles.
Devin Towson, DPM
A member of our podiatry team, Devin Towson, DPM, provides surgical and nonsurgical treatment for the full range of foot and ankle disorders. A Tampa, FL native, Dr. Towson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi before obtaining a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Midwestern University. A member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management, Dr. Towson completed a Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency with a focus on Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery at the Southern Arizona Veterans Affairs Health Care System, Tucson. In his free time, he enjoys lifting weights, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, running and spending time with family.
