Trinity Health is pleased to welcome Kaitlyn “Kait” Burch to our primary care team at Trinity Health Western Dakota. A board-certified family nurse practitioner, Kait offers primary care services to people of all ages for annual physicals, acute care visits, treatment of chronic health conditions and preventive care. In addition, she has strong clinical interests in diabetes care and behavioral health. A Washington State native, Kait moved to North Dakota in 2010 and has resided in Williston for many years. After earning an Associate Science degree from Williston State College, she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mayville State University. She went on to receive her Master of Science degree and nurse practitioner training from Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky. She previously worked as an RN in various Williston care settings and was part of the North Dakota Health Department’s COVID-19 Rapid Response Team during the pandemic.

Tanya Giese, FNP-C
A member of our provider team at Trinity Health Western Dakota, Tanya Giese, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She provides primary care to people of all ages, including annual physicals, acute care visits, treatment of chronic health conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure, prescribing appropriate medications, and educating patients in self-care skills to prevent disease. Originally from Palermo, ND, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dickinson State University and Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. Her nursing experience includes practicing in ER, critical care, home health, long term care and public health settings, primarily in western North Dakota. Most recently, she served as Director of Nursing at Bethel Lutheran Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Williston. Tanya is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and North Dakota Nurse Practitioner Association. Tanya and her husband, Donald, have six children and five grandchildren. When she’s not caring for patients, Tanya enjoys camping, fishing, riding motorcycle, playing darts and traveling.
Joseph Stonehocker, CPNP-PC
Trinity Health is pleased to announce that Joseph Stonehocker, CPNP-PC, has joined our team of providers at Trinity Health Western Dakota in Williston. A board certified pediatric nurse practitioner, Joseph has spent the last three years serving the healthcare needs of Williston-area young people. He provides primary care to children ages 0 to 18, with an emphasis on general and acute pediatric care, annual well-child visits, and mental health support, including ADHD diagnosis and treatment. He’s also trained in various surgical procedures such as circumcision and tongue-tie correction. Originally from Canada, Joseph was reared in Edmonton, AB, and moved to the United States with his family at an early age. He graduated from Utah State University and earned both his Master of Science in Pediatric Nurse Practice and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UT Health San Antonio, part of the University of Texas system. A devoted husband and father, he and his wife have five children. They enjoy family time and attending youth sporting events.

Brittany Bertsch, DO
Dr. Bertsch is a family medicine specialist and a member of our primary care team at Trinity Health Western Dakota. She provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to people of all ages, including annual physicals and health screenings as well as diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of health problems, from common illnesses to complex and chronic health conditions. A Billings, MT, native, Dr. Bertsch received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her residency in family medicine was completed at the University of North Dakota’s residency program in Williston, where she was elected chief resident by her peers. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and American Board of Family Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, in addition to baking, watching movies, and supporting the Dallas Cowboys.
Dustin Tolman, MD
Dustin Tolman, MD, is part of our team of providers at Trinity Health Western Dakota in Williston. Dr. Tolman provides the full spectrum of Family Medicine services, from preventive care and health screenings to diagnosis and treatment of complex health conditions. He has been trained and is able to perform numerous in-office procedures such as large and small joint injections, skin biopsies, circumcisions, suturing of lacerations, toenail removal, incision and drainage of abscesses, and more.
He earned his medical degree from American University of Integrative Sciences School of Medicine, St. Maarten, Netherlands, and completed his Family Medicine residency through the University of North Dakota School of Medicine’s residency program in Minot and Williston, where he was elected Chief Resident his final year. A member of the American and North Dakota academies of family physicians, his experience includes caring for underserved and uninsured patients at Minot’s former free clinic. He’s an avid sports fan and participant. He also enjoys architecture and taking part in outdoor activities with his wife and five children. Dr. Tolman grew up in Southern Alberta in Canada but has lived the majority of his married life within the United States while he completed his schooling.
Ryan Siewert, MD
Ryan M. Siewert, MD, is part of our team of providers at Trinity Health Western Dakota in Williston. A board certified Family Medicine specialist, he provides primary care services to people of all ages, with a special emphasis on preventive care strategies to keep people healthy. Dr. Siewert also offers help to those struggling with acne through Accutane or acne medications.
A North Dakota native and graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Grand Forks, he completed his Family Medicine residency at UND’s Center for Family Medicine in Bismarck, where he was named Intern of the Year in 2012. A member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, Dr. Siewert accumulated numerous honors during his educational career, including the Dr. Charles H. Fee Memorial Endowment Award, which is awarded to a medical student exhibiting strength of character, academic achievement and a high potential for success. A member of the American and North Dakota academies of family physicians, his clinical interests include preventive medicine and primary care. He enjoys time with his family, music, guitar, golf, hockey, running and lake activities.
Mark Raymond, MD
Dr. Mark Raymond attended Virginia Tech in Blacksbug, Virginia where he obtained his Bachelors Degree in 1983. He received his Medical Degree in 1987 from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Raymond completed his Internship at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia and his Ophthalmology Residency at Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. In 1993 he joined the Eastern Shore Eye Center in Exmore, Virginia. Prior to joining Trinity Regional Eyecare, Dr. Raymond was in private practice on the Eastern Shore” in Virginia.
A native of Rhode Island, Dr. Raymond moved to Willistion in June 2007 with his wife Lynne, and two children. Hobbies enjoyed by Dr. Raymond include outdoor activities such as gardening, fishing and camping.

Mark Olson, MD, is part of our team of providers at Trinity Health Western Dakota in Williston and is a native of Williston, North Dakota. He received his medical degree in 1991 from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks and completed his residency in family practice there. He was board certified in his specialty in 1994.
Debra Lukenbill, PMHCNS-BC
A member of our provider team at Trinity Community Clinic – Western Dakota in Williston, Debra Lukenbill, PMHCNS-BC, is a board certified clinical nurse specialist in Psychiatry/Mental Health. She’s dedicated to helping people manage their mental health issues with holistic treatment options that include pharmacological intervention, lifestyle changes, and psychotherapy. A lifelong Williston resident, Debra earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and returned to UND to complete her master’s degree in Family Nurse Practice. She received a post-graduate certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis/St. Paul. She has practiced in the mental health field in Williston since 2001 and is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association. Debra and her husband have two grown children. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and crossword puzzles.
