Preparing for Your Clinic Visit

We want to ensure your visit to our new Medical Office Building is a smooth and positive experience. Here are a few tips to help you prepare:

  • Utilize the CONFIRM option on your text/email reminder so we know to expect you. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
  • To be mindful of everyone’s time and experience, it’s critical that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Give yourself ample time to find your way to and through our campus. Late arrival to your doctor’s office may result in a rescheduled appointment time.
  • When you arrive for your appointment, enter the Medical Office Building and proceed to Central Registration on the 1st floor.
  • Be sure to have your ID, insurance card and co-pay ready. You will be asked for these things every visit.
  • Once you are registered, we will direct you to your appointment. When you arrive at your provider’s office, check in with the front desk staff and provide your name and date of birth.
