Wanda Sprenger, PMHNP-BC, is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. A member of our inpatient mental health services team, Wanda works collaboratively with physicians and other health professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat people with psychiatric conditions using the full scope of therapeutic skills, including prescribing medications and administering psychotherapy. A Minot native, Wanda received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dickinson State University and practiced at the former St. Joseph’s Hospital in Minot for a time, working with patients in the chemical dependency and O.R. units. She earned her Master of Science in psychiatric-mental health nursing from the University of San Diego. The mother of a son and daughter, both grown, she enjoys weight-lifting and biking, among other forms of fitness activity.
