Natasha Shipman, AGNP-BC

A member of our Cardiology team, Natasha Shipman, AGNP-BC, is a board certified nurse practitioner, specializing in Adult-Gerontology. She works closely with Dr. Samir Turk and other members of the Cardiology staff, providing comprehensive cardiovascular care to patients, which includes health assessments, care planning, writing prescriptions, and counseling patients on lifestyle changes that can reduce the risk of cardiovascular illness.  Natasha earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minot State University and practiced in various clinical settings at Trinity Health, including the chemical dependency unit, family medicine, and infectious diseases.  She completed her Master of Science with a concentration in Adult-Gerontology Nursing at the University of Cincinnati.  Originally from England, Natasha moved to America as a young girl with her family, and has been a Minot resident since 1993.


Cardiology is a subspecialty of Internal Medicine concerned with diagnosing and treating disorders of the heart and blood vessels. Cardiology includes diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart defects, coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease and electrophysiology
