Louba Bouzou, PA-C, a certified physician assistant, is part of Trinity Health’s team of providers at Orthopedic Associates. She’s involved in various aspects of patient care, including pre-, intra- and postoperative care, patient assessment and care planning, and providing nonsurgical care to patients with orthopedic problems such as hip, knee and shoulder issues. A graduate of North Park University in Chicago, Louba earned both her Physician Assistant Certificate and Master of Science degree in Health Sciences as part of a dual program through Cuyahoga Community College and Cleveland State University in Ohio. After her training she practiced nearly two years as a physician assistant at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, where she gained valuable experience in orthopedic trauma. Originally from Niger in West Africa, Louba is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She enjoys reading, studying, hiking, cooking and spending time with her family.
