Leigh is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who specializes in working with challenging teens, anxiety, depression, addictions, and behavioral health issues resulting from diabetes, cancer, chronic pain, and other health conditions. She earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Psychology from Bismarck State College in 2003 and a Bachelor of Science in Community Psychology from St. Cloud State University in 2005. In 2007, she received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Pacific University in Oregon. She remained in Oregon, working as a licensed mental health therapist and certified addiction counselor for 10 years before deciding to return home to Minot. Her experience in Oregon included eight years working in a private practice, treating adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health and addiction issues. She also served as Site Director at a behavioral health clinic. A North Dakota native, Leigh loves to travel and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
