Dietetics

It is recommended for individuals to follow a healthy diet, maintain an ideal body weight, and exercise to help prevent the onset or progression of disease. If you are concerned about your overall health, then you may want to meet with a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) for an individualized meal plan or medical nutrition therapy.
