A native of Dallas, TX, Hailey received her nursing education in North Dakota and has since practiced in various locations before joining Trinity Health six years ago. Clinical experience includes medical/surgical nursing, acute care rehab, and pediatric home health, as well as six years as a staff nurse in Trinity Hospital's intensive care unit and three years as a flight nurse with NorthStar Criticair.
