Trinity Hospital AlertUpdate on the fire at the construction site of the new Trinity Health medical campus in southwest Minot: The site is closed and appropriate authorities and experts are investigating the incident. This process will take some time. Until we have sufficient information and recommendations to consider, Trinity Health will not speculate on the impact this event may have on the project timeline. However, our commitment to the city and region is unwavering. We will evaluate the impact of the fire and take any actions necessary to ensure successful completion of the healthcare campus and medical district. Again, we are profoundly thankful no one was injured; the safety and well-being of our patients, community, staff, and project partners are our priority. We deeply appreciate the efforts by local fire, police, and ambulance services to keep people safe from harm during this event.

Fathi Bashir, MD

A board certified anesthesiologist, Fathi Bashir, MD, provides safe and effective anesthesia care for patients undergoing the full range of surgical procedures.  Dr. Bashir received his medical degree and early Anesthesiology training at Garyounis University in Libya.  After moving to the United States in 2010, he did a General Surgery internship and completed his Anesthesiology residency at Tufts University/St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Boston, where he earned recognition for being one of the hardest working residents. Following residency he completed a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. A member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the Society of Critical Care Medicine, he’s certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
