Elaina Tande grew up in Minot, attended Minot State University, and earned her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. Following graduation, Elaina worked 10 years in the public school system with children ages 3 to 18. She was also involved in the Special Olympics, where she promoted social communication skills among contestants. Since joining the Trinity team in 2014, Elaina has provided consultation, evaluation, and treatment for individuals with a variety of communication disorders, utilizing certification related to the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment program for individuals with Parkinson ‘s disease.
