Donna Verhasselt is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) who has been with Trinity Health since 2007. In collaboration with our orthopedic surgeons, Donna conducts physical exams, diagnoses and implements treatment plans, orders and interprets tests, assists in surgeries and writes prescriptions.
Donna earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in 1997 from the University of Nebraska in Omaha, and a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant studies from the University of South Alabama in 2002. She has been certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) since 2003. She also obtained her Certification of Added Quality (CAQ) in orthopedics in 2011. This certification shows advanced expertise in orthopedics. Donna is also licensed by the North Dakota Board of Medical Examiners.
