A member of our provider team at Trinity Community Clinic – Western Dakota in Williston, Debra Lukenbill, PMHCNS-BC, is a board certified clinical nurse specialist in Psychiatry/Mental Health. She’s dedicated to helping people manage their mental health issues with holistic treatment options that include pharmacological intervention, lifestyle changes, and psychotherapy. A lifelong Williston resident, Debra earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and returned to UND to complete her master’s degree in Family Nurse Practice. She received a post-graduate certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis/St. Paul. She has practiced in the mental health field in Williston since 2001 and is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association. Debra and her husband have two grown children. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and crossword puzzles.

Roxann Brown, FNP-C
Roxann M. Brown, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Mary in Bismarck and received her master’s from the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University Mary. She previously was a registered nurse at Trinity Health since 1994.
She is experienced in a multitude of facets of nursing ranging from medical, Ob/Gyn, labor and delivery, intensive care and dialysis. Roxann is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the North Dakota Nurse Practitioner Association and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Tonya Anderson, FNP-C
Tonya Anderson, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner and a veteran of our Behavioral Health Services team. She began her career at Trinity Health in 1986, working in various support departments before becoming an LPN in 1991. She was a staff nurse in the Medical/Surgical Unit, where she continued while completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary in 1994. Later she moved to the Emergency/Trauma Center while working to complete her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice from the University of Mary in 1996. She joined Trinity’s mental health department that same year as part of a team of psychiatrists and other professionals dedicated to caring for individuals and families with psychiatric disorders. She and her husband, Jon, have two children. They enjoy lake activities and spending time with each other.
Kiley Andreas, PMHCNS-BC
Kiley Andreas, CNS, is a clinical nurse specialist focusing on adult mental health. The Minot High School graduate earned bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Nursing from Minot State University and completed her master’s degree in Nursing at the University of Minnesota. Prior to becoming an advanced practice nurse she worked as a staff RN in Trinity Hospital’s inpatient mental health unit. As a clinical nurse specialist, Kiley Andreas, CNS, is qualified to diagnose and treat adults in need of behavioral health services, prescribing appropriate medications and counseling patients with the full range of mental health problems, including depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. She’s married to Levi Andreas.
