Christine O’Riley , PsyD

A member of our Behavioral Health team, Christine O’Riley, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience providing evaluation and treatment to adult patients with cognitive impairments and sleep disorders due to trauma or illnesses. She also is qualified to provide evaluations for people in court-ordered situations.

Originally from Minnesota, Dr. O’Riley received her professional training in Florida, completing a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at Nova University, Fort Lauderdale, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with concentrations in Neuropsychology and Forensic Psychology at Miami Institute of Psychology. She subsequently completed post-doctoral work at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital, also in Miami.

A retired Army Medical Service Corps officer, Dr. O’Riley has spent the majority of her career in the context of military service in both Active Duty and Reserves. She performed in various capacities, including leadership positions at healthcare centers in the US and Germany. She was Chief Clinical Neuropsychologist at Hanau Army Mental Health Clinic in Germany, later serving several years as a clinical neuropsychologist and behavioral sleep disorders specialist at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, where she offered psychological evaluations and treatment to soldiers and other military personnel returning from combat zones. Most recently, she served Air Force members at Minot Air Force Base.

Dr. O’Riley has been active in teaching at various universities. In recent years she pursued an interest in Canon law, obtaining a master’s degree in Canon Law from KU Leuven, Belgium. She is board certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine in Behavioral Sleep Medicine.

Virginia Dohms, LPC, LPCC

A member of our Behavioral Health Services team, Virginia Dohms, LPC, LPCC, is a licensed professional clinical counselor dedicated to helping youth and adults manage the broad scope of mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches to care. Areas of expertise include severe and chronic mental illness, post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and youth, relationship, and family mental health. She is also skilled in a variety of best practices such as EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. A North Dakota native, Virginia received her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA. She has worked the past nearly five years with clients at North Central Human Service Center and previously with youth in residential treatment. Prior to becoming a counselor, she was a well-known music educator in Minot and has been both a performer and music director for various musical productions. She enjoys outdoor adventures with her family and taking care of her dog, cat, and chickens.

Julie Hatfield, LCSW

Julie Hatfield, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and a member of our Behavioral Health team at Health Center – Riverside. Julie provides therapy services to individuals and families to help build skills and overcome life’s obstacles. Her specialized treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focus CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Family Systems Therapy, and more. A graduate of Minot State University’s social Work program, she completed her Master of Social Work degree at Florida State University in 2014. After graduation, she worked as a therapist at Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch and later in Trinity Health’s Child/Adolescent Partial Hospitalization program, where she provided family, individual, and group therapy sessions. Prior to earning her master’s, Julie served as a case manager for Ward County Social Services and North Central Human Services Center.

 

Liz Larsen, LCSW

Elizabeth A. Larsen, LCSW, is a licensed social worker specializing in behavioral health therapy, a branch of medicine that pertains to the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders. She joined Trinity Health in June 1999.  She received her BSW from Minot State University, in May 1990, and her MSW, from the California State University, Sacremento, in May 1993.  From May 1993 to August 1994, she served as a Family Therapist at The Village Family Service Center, Minot, and later as a Clinical Supervisor there.

Jeanne J LeMay, LCSW

A member of our Behavioral Health Team, Jeanne J LeMay, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience working with individuals, couples and families as they deal with mental and emotional health issues. Throughout her career, her focus has been helping clients find strength and resilience as they work through life situations. Among her special interests is working with survivors of domestic violence and other forms of trauma. A longtime Minot resident, Jeanne was born in Mohall. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Minot State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. Jeanne has returned to Trinity Health, having first joined our staff in 2016.

 

 

Lea Johnson, LCSW

A licensed independent clinical social worker and a member of Trinity’s Mental Health Therapy team, Lea J. Johnson, LCSW, is dedicated to helping people overcome mental and emotional difficulties in order to reach their full potential. A 2001 graduate of Minot State University with a bachelor’s degree in social work, Lea joined Trinity’s Behavioral Health Services Department, where she initially worked with patients in the Adult Partial Hospitalization program and in 2005 became program coordinator for the Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. In 2007 she completed her Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University, Tallahassee. Since then she has provided Mental Health Therapy services to individuals based on their needs, including assessment, treatment planning and coordination of care.

Jean Frueh, MA, LPC, LPCC

Jean Frueh, MA, LPC, LPCC, is a licensed associate specialist counselor specializing in behavioral health therapy, a branch of medicine that is involved in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders. She joined Trinity Health in January 1996.  She received her B.A. Majors in Psychology and Addiction Studies from Minot State University, Minot, in 1991; and a M.A. in Counseling from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Va., in 1995.  In 1994, she was an intern and had practicum experience at The Recovery in Process program, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Minot.  Since 1994, she has served as a counselor/therapist with Trinity Health.

Shana D Guilbert, PsyD

Trinity Medical Group welcomes Shana D. Guilbert, PsyD, in the specialty of Child and Adolescent Psychology. Dr. Guilbert, the former Shana Haseleu, is a Minot native and graduate of Minot High School. She received her bachelor’s degree from Minot State University and her master’s and doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology/Argosy University, Eagan, MN. She completed a pre-doctoral internship at Children’s Psychiatric Center, Miami, FL. Prior to that, she provided diagnostic assessments and therapy in association with Pilot City Mental Health in Minneapolis. Dr. Guilbert is specially trained to provide therapy and treatment for children and adolescents affected by disorders such as ADHD, depression, bipolar and eating disorders. She works closely with parents to make positive changes in the lives of families. Dr. Guilbert is a member of the American Psychology Association.

Robyn Hardie, PsyD

A member of our Behavioral Health team, Robyn A. Hardie, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to helping adults of all ages overcome behavioral health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress, with an emphasis on treating the whole person.  A graduate of McMaster University in Hamilton, ON, she completed both her master’s and doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, FL, where she also did her pre-doctoral internship. Her residency in Clinical Psychology was completed at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow, MT, in association with the University of Montana Department of Psychology. Throughout her education Dr. Hardie was an active volunteer, participating in projects and initiatives to help homeless and troubled youth.  She’s a member of the American Psychology Association.

Jessica Delorme, FNP-C

A member of Trinity’s Behavioral Health team, Jessica Delorme, FNP-C, is a nurse practitioner who works with doctors, counselors, and other professionals to provide inpatient care for people with addiction and mental health problems. A Minot native, Jessica earned an Associate Degree in Business from Minot State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary, Bismarck.  A longtime Trinity associate, she worked as a nursing assistant and ward secretary, and after earning her BSN served patients on the Surgical Floor and in the O.R.  She completed her Master’s/Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Concordia University Wisconsin.  A member of the American Nurses Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the North Dakota Nurse Practitioners Association, Jessica and her husband, Jordan, have a son and daughter.
