Brandon Foster holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas Tech University. Brandon's fitness beliefs revolve around including health and wellness in aspects of everyday life. He believes that everyone has the ability to improve themselves through a dedication to being active. He has worked with a variety of personal training clients that range from people completely new to working out to serious athletes and he understands that each person needs to train differently to be able to meet their fitness goals. During his own workouts Brandon enjoys the Olympic lifts, high intensity training, and running. Brandon is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting. He is also CrossFit Level 1 Certified. He has been involved in the fitness industry since 2011 and is looking forward to gaining more experience and knowledge in the years to come.
