DESCRIPTION:Diabetes can be prevented but not cured. Take control of your health and start making positive lifestyle changes with the help of a trained lifestyle coach and fun\, engaging support groups. \nYou will learn about the yearlong program and its goals\, complete a “Readiness to Change Questionnaire\,” and you can ask questions to see if this program is right for you. \nEligibility for Participation: \n\nAt risk for or have prediabetes\nOverweight\nAt least 18 years of age\nNot pregnant\nDo not currently have diabetes\n\nCost: People who decide to commit to the program and are not covered by Medicare or certain BCBS plans will be charged a fee of $220\, which covers educational sessions and materials for the entire year. \nCall 701-857-2850 to RSVP or to learn more. \nWeigh 2 Change Session Zero will meet every first Tuesday of the month from 12-1 p.m. at Trinity Health Medical Arts\, 5th Floor Skywalk Conference Room C.
