This training breaks down cardiac electrical activity\, waveform components\, and common arrhythmias into simple\, easy-to-understand steps. DESCRIPTION:Diabetes can be prevented but not cured. Take control of your health and start making positive lifestyle changes with the help of a trained lifestyle coach and fun\, engaging support groups. \nYou will learn about the yearlong program and its goals\, complete a “Readiness to Change Questionnaire\,” and you can ask questions to see if this program is right for you. \nEligibility for Participation: \n\nAt risk for or have prediabetes\nOverweight\nAt least 18 years of age\nNot pregnant\nDo not currently have diabetes\n\nCost: People who decide to commit to the program and are not covered by Medicare or certain BCBS plans will be charged a fee of $220\, which covers educational sessions and materials for the entire year. \nCall 701-857-2850 to RSVP or to learn more. \nWeigh 2 Change Session Zero will meet every first Tuesday of the month from 12-1 p.m. at Trinity Health Medical Arts\, 5th Floor Skywalk Conference Room C.

DESCRIPTION:Is your car seat: \n\nRight for your child?\nProperly installed?\nIn safe condition?\nRecalled or expired?\n\nCar seat checks are hosted by the Minot Fire Department and the Minot Car Seat Coalition. The Coalition consists of First District Health Unit\, Trinity Health\, Minot Fire Department and other Community Partners. \nSeat Checks are by appointment only. To make an appointment\, call First District Health Unit at 701-837-5195. If leaving a message\, please give the following information: number of seats to be checked\, make and model of vehicle\, ages of child(ren)\, brand and model of car seat and preferred time of check on scheduled date. \n\nPlease allow 45 minutes per seat.\nAll car seat checks will take place at Minot Fire Station Number 1\, 2111 10th St. SW\, Minot.
