Square Foot Gardening – Co-sponsored by Trinity Health and Minot Area Team Wellness
May 15 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Join the Trinity Health Diabetes Education and Nutrition Services departments to learn about square foot gardening.
Square foot gardens let you enjoy fresh vegetables right from your own backyard, with less space, less work, and more produce than a traditional row garden. They are perfect gardens for those who live in town and have a small yard or for those who don’t have the time to plant a big row garden.
Emily How, NDSU Extension Agent, will show participants how to create and care for a square foot garden. Dietitians will also discuss the proper care of fresh vegetables and tell about their amazing nutritional value.
Class is free but registration is required.
Space is limited so register early! To register call 857-5268.
