Kidney Disease and Hypertension Educational Event
March 24, 2022 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
High blood pressure is the second leading cause of kidney failure after diabetes, yet many Americans learn of this connection only after it’s too late. The dialysis professionals at Trinity Health are committed to helping you avoid chronic kidney disease and the need for dialysis. This free community education event is designed to boost your kidney smarts and guide you in what to ask your provider about your own kidney function, if you have hypertension or diabetes. Speakers include staff from internal medicine, nursing, pharmacy, and nutrition services. For more information or to register, call 701-857-5268.
