Breastfeeding Basics Class
November 1 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
FreeBreastfeeding education is known to increase the success and duration of the breastfeeding experience. Our lactation experts and our trained and experienced nurses in Trinity’s nursery and OB areas can help when mothers experience problems with breastfeeding. Support is available 24-hours a day, before, during, and after a hospital stay and delivery.
Breastfeeding Basics Class provides useful information to women who will be breastfeeding their babies. Topics covered include feeding positions, proper latch, skin-to-skin contact, signs baby is getting enough to eat, and more! We encourage women to attend the class prior to delivery; however, this program is also available to mothers who have recently delivered. All classes are held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and are free of charge. Limit 18 people per class.
Please complete the online registration form. For more information call 701-418-8806 or toll free 800-862-0005, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Classes will be held in the conference center at Trinity Hospital in the Prairie Rose Room #3. For directions, click here and go to the Family Birth Center & Prepared Childbirth Classes page and view the Brochure.
