Influenza vaccination reduces the risk of lost work time and the spread of the disease to others in the workplace. It also demonstrates the employer's concern for its employees' health while potentially improving productivity.
Note: CFR29 1910.103 requires employers to offer hepatitis B vaccine to any employee who is at potential risk of exposure to blood borne pathogens based on their job duties.
