Trinity Homes. Your Home Away from Home. Where families gather, friendships are renewed and a helping hand is always nearby. For people who are recovering from surgery, rehabilitating after an injury and/or are in need of daily assistance, Trinity Homes is dedicated to providing the highest possible quality of nursing care to its residents.
Admissions The Admissions Coordinator will be your first contact. You will be informed of available services and have an opportunity to tour our facilities. A business office representative is available to answer your questions and help you submit insurance claims and other documents that may be required. Trinity Homes is certified to provide services through the Medicaid Program. You can receive information about the Medicaid Program through your local county social service office. We encourage you to bring in your favorite personal furnishings, along with other items from home that hold special memories. Services Cable television options are available to your room and can be billed to your account. Mail is delivered daily through our business office, and you may purchase postage stamps and stationary in the Trinity Gift Shops. We have a computer with Internet and E-Mail access for your use in the lounge on 2nd floor south. The Activity Department can help you set up your individual e-mail address. Looking your best can help you feel your best. Professional hair care and other cosmetology services are available in the Trinity Homes Beauty Shoppe. Activities Our activities team provides a variety of stimulating, challenging, educational and entertaining activities for groups and individuals. We encourage family members to take part in the day-to-day activities and join the residents in our scheduled community outings. Transportation When you’re scheduled for a doctor’s visit, the nurse in charge will help arrange transportation through the Commission on Aging. A family member or friend is required to accompany you. The bus can also be used for other transportation needs within the city of Minot with 24-hours notice. Dietary What you eat, significantly affects your health and well-being. Our dietary staff takes pride in creating a variety of well-balanced entrées that presents a distinctive dining experience. Our dietician reviews your progress regularly and makes adjustments to personal tastes and needs. Care Nursing Services Trinity Homes is staffed with a full complement of trained, licensed professional personnel to help you in your daily needs. We also maintain detailed medical records of your care. Pastoral Services An ordained pastor is available at all times to attend to your spiritual needs as well as to assist your pastor in the fulfillment of their ministry. Family and friends are invited to join with the residents at the Sunday morning Services of Worship and at all other scheduled religious programs. Pharmacy Trinity Health has an in-house pharmacy that you may use for your convenience. You may also provide the name of a pharmacy of your choice to handle your prescription needs. Medications ordered by your physician are prepared for you by the pharmacy and dispensed by the nurse. Social Service A social worker is assigned to work with you and your family throughout your stay at Trinity Homes. They can help in making the proper referrals and getting answers to your requests. Rehab Services Upon your doctor's orders, you can receive regular physical, speech, respiratory or occupational therapy at Trinity Homes.
