How to Add Color to Meals and Snacks

(MINOT, ND) - Trinity Health's Community Education Department will celebrate National Nutrition Month with a free cooking
demonstration Tuesday, March 29, as part of Trinity's "Healthy U" series.

Allison White, LRD, a clinical dietitian, will present "Eating Right with Color", a cokking demonstration that will offer
advice on how to make meals more attractive and pleasing to the eye as well as the palate.

"It is important to make informed food choices and develop sound eating habits," White says. "We'll demonstrate ways to include a
colorful variety of fruits and vegetables into meals and snacks."

Seating is limited. Reservations are required by calling 857-5099. The session will get underway at 6:30 pm in the Skyline Room,
located on the 6th floor of Health Center - East, 20 Burdick Expressway West.
