Trinity Acquires Oral/Facial Practice

(WILLISTON, ND)—Trinity Health today announces an agreement, effective today, to acquire the practice of Williston oral and maxillofacial surgeon Robert F. Nolan, DDS. Dr. Nolan will continue to serve as a provider at the center, which will be renamed the Trinity Oral & Facial Surgery Center – Williston.

“The addition of Dr. Nolan’s practice furthers our mission of providing expanded, high-quality services for the people of western North Dakota and eastern Montana,” said Thomas Warsocki, Trinity’s Vice President of Physician Services. “We look forward to using Dr. Nolan’s experience to enhance the depth and availability of oral and facial services in the region.”

As part of the agreement, Trinity’s two other oral and facial surgeons, Michael McMahon, DDS, and Juan Ulloa, DDS, will visit the Williston center on a regular basis. The center will also have access to the technological advantages and support of a large healthcare system.

“This is an exciting change that will be very beneficial for our patients,” Dr. Nolan stated. “Little change will be noticed regarding our daily operations, staffing or hours of the clinic.”

The newly named clinic will continue to operate within the Cedar Terrace Professional Building at 2224 1st Avenue W in Williston.
