the latest methods and research available in exercise
science. We've assembled some of the finest exercise
specialists in the country to help you achieve a lifestyle
that is practical, effective and enjoyable.
Trinity's staff is professional, motivated and highly
trained. All have at least an undergraduate degree in a
health/fitness related field and are certified (or in the
pursuit of certification) by the American College of Sports
Medicine (ACSM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), and/or
the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
