Various components available within the IFA include: resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, blood cholesterol and glucose, body composition and anthropometric measurements, cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular fitness and flexibility. Follow-up assessments are recommended after 12 weeks to assess progress and modify your exercise program to assure continued success.
The Individual Exercise Prescription (IEP)
The IEP is your 12-week program to success. Each IEP is tailored to reflect individual fitness goals, current fitness level and lifestyle, and it covers the components of cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular fitness and flexibility.
