Medical Services: Exercise Physiology

Each year, more and more scientific evidence points to the benefits of regular physical activity. Being physically fit — being able to perform moderate to vigorous levels of physical activity without undue fatigue — has a profound impact on long-term health and reduces one's risk for heart disease, stroke and diabetes.
