    Kenneth Kihle MD Dr. Kenneth Kihle has over 50 years of experience caring for patients as a Family Medicine specialist. He founded the Bottineau Clinic in 1962, established the Bottineau and Westhope ambulance services, and assisted in organizing and training the Dive and Rescue Unit at Lake Metigoshe. In 2007 the UND Center for Rural Health accorded him the Outstanding Rural Health Provider Award for his contributions to the region’s community.

    Dr. Kihle sees patients three days a week at Trinity Community Clinic-Westhope and one day a week at St. Andrews’s Clinic in Bottineau.
