Dr. Paul MacLeod is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery with 25 years of experience caring for people with bone, joint and muscle disorders. A graduate of the Medical College of Georgia, Dr. MacLeod completed his orthopedic residency at Greenville Hospital System in South Carolina. He has practiced the past two decades at Altru Health System in Grand Forks, where he also served on the clinical faculty of the UND School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Dr. MacLeod’s experience includes the full range of surgical and non-surgical approaches, including total joint replacement for hips, knees and shoulders; orthopedic trauma surgery; arthroscopy and sports medicine; work-related injuries; and hand, foot and ankle problems. He’s a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
